Aquamat Condensate Management System

Disposing of compressed air system condensate is a major environmental concern. The oil/water mixture is classified as a hazardous waste and cannot be discharged directly into sanitary drains, unless the oil is first separated from the water. Kaeser's Aquamat condensate management system, with its four stage separation system, automatically separates oil from condensate. Models are available in six sizes, featuring rugged construction and an integrated manifold system. This manifold system allows several condensate lines to be attached to one Aquamat. Additionally, the system requires no electricity and requires low maintenance.
