Mini Stat-O-Seal

Parker Hannifin has developed a new, innovative air conditioning connection for truck and off-highway applications--the Mini-Stat-O-Seal (MSOS). The MSOS has proven to significantly reduce warranty claims, assembly line rework costs and assembly time. ∑ No lubrication requirements mean reduced risk of contamination ∑ Metal retainers provide positive stops, virtually eliminating the possibility of over torque, which eliminates over compression of the seal ∑ Evenly distributed load across both seals ∑ Single bolt design to hold two mating components ∑ The "Jumbo O-Bead" which is 25 percent larger than the standard o-bead ∑ Easier to install, less sensitive to over torque and less likely to require service by the dealer or customer
