TA Road Squad

TravelCenters of America (TA) is improving its industry-leading truck roadside assistance program. Renamed the "TA RoadSquad", TA has focused program improvements in order to diagnose, dispatch and repair disabled trucks quicker and get customers back on the road. The enhanced TA RoadSquad utilizes over a dozen trained dispatchers that start the service diagnosis as soon as the call comes in. The nearest available TA RoadSquad truck is then identified and a service technician is promptly sent to the disabled truck.
